Karamsetti Abraham v. State Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Transfer Criminal Petition No.342 of 2014 ORDER:
It is informed by the learned counsel for the second respondent that nothing survives in this petition in view of the fact that III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada has already addressed a letter to the Registry opining that the Court has no jurisdiction and as against the said order, the respondent has already preferred a revision before the Sessions Court. The Registry has also not passed any orders as per the request of the said Magistrate. Under these circumstances, the petition is disposed of with the following direction:
The petitioners' presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates on which the trial Court specifically insists for their appearance. If any orders are passed by the Registry or by the Sessions Judge and if the petitioners are aggrieved over the same, they are at liberty to approach the appropriate Court for further relief. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ________________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 17th February, 2016 Tsr
