Heard.

Alleging that the power supply bearing Service Connection No.8005 to the petitioner's show room in Door No.8-6-100, Goldage Show Room, G.T. Road, Srikakulam Town and District, was disconnected without following due process, this Writ Petition is filed.

This Court, by order dated 30.09.2015, directed restoration of power supply so long as the petitioner continues as tenant of respondents 3 and 4 validly and subject to orders passed by competent civil Court or Rent Control Court, if any, and also subject to petitioner paying the monthly consumption charges. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the power supply is restored and electricity is being supplied to the petitioner's show room.

Having regard to the said submission, the power supply to the subject service connection shall continue as long as the petitioner continues as tenant of respondents 3 and 4 validly, if not already vacated the subject show room, subject to the orders that may be passed by the competent civil Court or Rent Control Court, as the case may be, and subject to petitioner paying monthly consumption charges.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
