HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K. JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No. 12317 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking to modify the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No. 756 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Judge for SPE and ACB cases cum IV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad by relaxing the condition of the third party surety for the sum of Rs.30,00,000/- to three third party sureties for the sum of Rs.10,00,000/- each. Having heard the learned Counsel on either side and gone through the material available on record, it is fit case to relax the condition of third party surety imposed by the Court below. Accordingly the petitioner shall furnish three (3) third party sureties for Rs.10,00,000/- each to the satisfaction of the Court below. Except this modification in the impugned order, all other conditions imposed therein by the Court below shall stand as it is.

With the above modification of the order of the Court below, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
