THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CC.No.2153 of 2018 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Services - II (Telangana), for respondent. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 02.01.2018 in Writ Petition No.43292 of 2017.

3.

In the said interim order, this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's case for promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner, if the petitioner is otherwise eligible. 4.

Now the learned Government Pleader for Services-II, appearing for respondent, has produced proceedings dt.25.09.2018 of the Commissioner, Endowments stating that the case of petitioner was examined, and that it would be considered during the course of Review D.P.Cs. for panel years 2006-07 to 2017-18. 5.

In this view of the matter, I do not find any reason to punish the respondent for Contempt of Court.

6.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed, and the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the order dt.25.09.2018, if she is so advised. No order as to costs.
