Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri Bathula Rajkiran, Standing Counsel for LIC.

Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to avail the liberty of memorial to the Chairman, LIC of India, Mumbai-4th respondent herein. Therefore, he seeks to withdraw the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file memorial to the Chairman, LIC of India, Mumbai-4th respondent herein. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
