HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.18078 OF 2005 ORDER:
It is represented by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that on the request of the petitioners, the Government has regularized the subject lands on payment of requisite amount, and issued orders in G.O. Ms. No.1026, Revenue (UC.I) Department, dated 30-09-2009. Copy of the said Government Order is placed on record
2. On perusal of the aforesaid order, it is clear that the names of the petitioners are occurring in the Annexure with all relevant details, as to the extent, the amount paid etc. Thus, the cause in the instant writ petition has becomes infructuous.
3. Accordingly, the instant Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
4 . As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, stand disposed of.
