As can be seen from the proceeding sheet dated 13.10.2017, the matter was finally posted to this day, as neither the learned counsel for petitioners was appeared nor there was any representation on his behalf. In spite of posting the matter finally to this day and passed over till 3.20 PM, the learned counsel for petitioners requests time. This is a petition of the year 2011. From the conduct it appears that petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution vacating the interim stay granted by this Court in Crl.P.M.P. No.8292 of 2011, dated 30.8.2011.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the matter shall stand closed.
