Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner's representation dt.27-08-2016 for reduction of rental fee for his wine shop on the ground that the said shop is directed to be closed from 12-08-2016 to 23-08-2016 was not considered by 3rd respondent. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise states that 3rd respondent will consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 5.
As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
