Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Ancha Pandu Ranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that a notice, under Section 636 of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, has been issued to the fourth respondent herein and the respondent authorities will proceed further in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
