When the matter was taken up on 18.11.2010, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was averred from the petition that the writ petition is filed seeking absorption of the petitioner and it is averred in the affidavit that the petitioner's age is about 56 years in the year of 2005 and by this time he would have become superannuated. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for orders. Accordingly, today, the matter has been listed under the caption for orders and there is no representation for the petitioner, hence, the matter is liable to be dismissed for default. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
