THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1937 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-respondents 5,6 and 9 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against them in DVC No.1 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Narsipatnam. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of the proceedings, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed by the petitioners. However, the presence of petitioners before the trial Court is dispensed with till disposal of the above DVC. The husband of the 2nd respondent i.e., the 1st respondent in the above DVC is directed to appear and represent the petitioners in the above DVC.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
