This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner, seeking release in the event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.217 of 2016 on the file of Yadagirigutta Police Station, Yadadri-Bhongir District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386 and 120-B I.P.C. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the material on record.

Though, the petitioner's name is not found place in the FIR, in the course of investigation, it is clear from perusal of the Case Diary finds that he is one of the persons threatened in constituting the offence to part with the valuable property by the de facto complainant in the name of his wife and aunt, the learned Sessions Judge, by considering the same particularly in observations at Page No.2, dismissed the anticipatory bail application on 25.06.2016 in Crl.MP.No.643 of 2018. Hence, there are no grounds to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
