Sri Mohd. Asifuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition taking into account the subsequent proceedings. Leave granted.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. The issues sought to be raised by Sri Ganshyamdas Mandhani, learned counsel on caveat, are left open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
