THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28565 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, apart from perusing the entire material on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted applications on 09.05.2017 and 23.04.2018 but no action has been taken by the respondent-Bhupalapally Municipality so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such applications are pending consideration the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders on the applications, dated 09.05.2017 and 23.04.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
