The main prayer in the Writ Petition and the interim relief sought for are the same which is to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the renewal application filed by the petitioner dated 20.07.2008 for the Aqua Culture Farm. By order in WPMP No.11944 of 2009 dated 29.04.2009 interim directions, as sought for, was granted. As the interim relief and the main relief is the same, no further orders are necessary.
