HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.26315 OF 2012 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent bank to absorb the services of the petitioners as night watchmen in the 2nd respondent bank.

This Court while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction on 24.08.2012, which reads as follows; "In the light of the interim direction granted by this Court in WP.No.20343 of 2008, there shall be interim direction as prayed for."

In pursuance of the aforesaid interim direction, no counter affidavit or vacate petition is filed. Heard learned Government Pleader for Co-operation. Since, already there is direction to consider the representation of petitioner dated 27.07.2012 for absorption and no counter is filed, it is suffice to dispose of writ petition in terms of interim order dated 24.08.2012 passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.33527 of 2012.
