Petitioners contend that they have applied on 05.09.2012 and 10.12.2014 to the 4th respondent for issuance of Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed in respect of the subject land and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioners within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' applications in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereof to the petitioners within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
