HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.4982 of 2007 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the order dated 03.11.2005 passed by the United India Insurance Company, the 2nd respondent herein as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to the directions given in the order dated 27-06-2005 passed in W.P.No.29825 of by this Hon'ble Court and consequently to direct the respondents to rectify the anomalies in the pay fixation of the petitioner in the 1992 Pay Scales and 1997 Pay Scales, in pursuance of the order dated 27.06.2005 and give all the consequential benefits of all the increments due to the petitioner.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted a letter, seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
