This writ petition is filed challenging the seizure of Tipper bearing No.AP-01-Y-6066 belongs to the petitioner without following any procedure as envisaged in G.O.Ms Nos 3 and 15, dated 08-01-2015 and 19-02-2015 respectively issued by Industries And Commerce (Mines-I) Department. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of WP.No.2034 of 2018 by its order dated 25-01-2018.

Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. In view of the same, for the reasons alike in the said order, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of order dated 25-01-2018 passed by this Court in WP.No.2034 of 2018. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
