Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if the GHMC authorities find any deviations in the subject construction they will issue notice and proceed further in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
