HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24926 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 1 to 4 in proceeding with the process of selection for the post of Principal in the 4th respondent-College pursuant to the proceeding dt.14.07.2014 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2. No interim order was passed in the said Writ Petition.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, required information was furnished pursuant to the order of the 3rd respondent and further steps were taken and in view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
