THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28876 of 2018 ORDER:

The complaint of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is that the respondent-authorities are threatening to demolish the structures raised by the petitioner in Plot bearing No.282, in Sy.No.45/Part, admeasuring 180 Sq.Yds., situated at Miyapur village, Serilingampally Mandal, GHMC Serilingampally, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, without issuing any notice and without following due process of law.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation, that the respondent-authorities will follow due process of law by issuing a notice, if any action is warranted in respect of the subject structures. The said statement is recorded. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
