THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.28599 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing counsel for GHMC.

The grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is that, without following due process of law, the respondent authorities are threatening to dispossess the petitioner by proposing to demolish the subject structures. When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submitted that, if any action is warranted, the respondent authorities will issue notice and follow due process of law. It is further submitted that, as on today, there is no permission granted by the respondent authorities. The said statement is placed on record.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. It is made clear that the petitioner herein shall not make any constructions till permission is granted. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
