1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in connection with F.l.R.No.B81 of 2023 of Jeedimetla police station on the file ol VIII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, at Medchal, Cyberabad, Medchal District. registered for the offences pu.nishable under Sections 354-D of the Indian Penal Code, 67 ITA Act-2008,11, 12 POCSO Act2012. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record 3.
On perusal of the record, since the punishment prescribed for the offences alleged against the petitioner is up to seven years, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the Investigating Officer in F.l.R.No.BBl of 2023 on the hle of the Jeedimetla police station, Medchal District, to follow the procedure laid down under Section 41-A Cr.P.C and also the guidelines formulated by 1-he Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihr:rr scrupulously. The petitioner shall co-operate with the '(2014) 8 scc 2?3
o Investigating officer by furnishing information and documents as sought in concluding the investigation.
