The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Act 1971, against the order dated 24.10.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent, present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
Since the revision filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is for the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of the stay petition as well as revision. Hence, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the stay petition or revision, within a period of four weeks from today. Till disposal of stay application or revision, the impugned order dated 24.10.2015, passed by the 3rd respondent shall remain suspended. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
