ORAL ORDER:

Petitioners claim to be employees of District Cooperative Central Bank Limited, Vizianagaram (for short DCCB) recruited under 25 % quota to the post of Cadre V. Petitioners seek enforcement of circular issued by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies dated 10.5.2013 with reference to all other benefits. Petitioners particularly pray to refix their basic pay in category V time scale. Ventilating their grievances, representation was submitted to the President of DCCB on 5.12.2017. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 2.

Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation.

When the matter is taken up, both counsel agreed for disposal of the writ petition directing the DCCB to examine the claim of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders within a fixed time frame. 4.

Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 3 and 4 to examine the claim of the petitioners as ventilated in their representation dated 5.12.2017 and pass appropriate orders as warranted under law by assigning due reasons and communicate the decision to the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
