HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5480 of 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the representation dated 18.10.2013, for receiving or processing the applications for electricity connection for their respective houses, situated in Ullipattetha and Saraswathi Nagar Colonies, Mutyalareddipalli Village, Tirupati Mandal, Chittoor District. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. Perused the material on record. It is the petitioners say that despite 'No Objection Certificate' of the Panchayat produced, no service connection is provided to them and there is no response even to their representation. Having regard to the above the petitioners are permitted to make a fresh representation with the Panchayat 'No Objection Certificate' and if the authorities say any further requirement to the entitlement to the service connection, intimate the same to comply with the same to consider for getting domestic service connection.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There is no order as to costs.
