HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP. No.28607 of 2018 ORDER:

The petitioners challenge the action of respondents in trying to seize their vehicles bearing registration Nos.TS 08 UD 8189 and TS 08 UD 7812.

Admittedly , the petitioners have already approached the District Consumer Forum and filed C.C.No.79 of 2018 along with I.A.No.52 of 2018 for the relief sought in the writ petition on similar disputes and the Consumer Forum already passed interim order dated 23-04-2018 in favour of the petitioners in the said I.A. As such, the petitioners cannot pursue two parallel remedies by filing this writ petition simultaneously. In view of the same, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this case, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
