HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.13371 OF 2015 O R D E R:- The petitioner aggrieved by the action of the Tahasildar, Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District, has preferred the Appeal under Section 5-B of the ROR Act, before the Revenue Divisional Officer, (ROR) Appellate Authority) at Karimnagar, on 21.12.2012 and complaining that the said Appeal has not been taken up for consideration so far and no orders have been passed thereon, the present writ petition is filed. If the Revenue Divisional Officer, has not passed any orders so far on the Appeal said to have been preferred by the petitioner on 21.12.
2012, he shall take up the said Appeal for consideration, deal with the same as expeditiously as possible by putting both sides on notice and pass appropriate orders thereon strictly in accordance with law within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of at the admission stage after hearing the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, Government of Telangana, as the ends of Justice would be better served by disposing of the writ petition instead of keeping the same pending. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
