The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in trying to demolish the ongoing construction structure in the petitioner's plot admeasuring 120 square yards bearing Plot No.1111, H.No.4-11-184/1, situated near Rajiv Gruhakalpa, Ananthagiripally Road, Vikarabad Village, Vikarabad District, highhandedly without following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent not to interfere with ongoing construction structure of the petitioner. 2.
Heard Sri P.Vishnuvardhana Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Municipality and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed not to interfere with the ongoing construction structure in the petitioner's plot admeasuring 120 square yards bearing plot No.1111, H.No.4-11-184/1, situated near Rajiv Gruhakalpa, Ananthagiripally Road, Vikarabad Village, Vikarabad District, without following the due process of law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
