THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

The petitioner was holding contract/agreement for plying of buses on hire basis by the Respondent Corporation by two separate proceedings dated 5.9.2008. The said agreements were terminated. Challenging the same, the instant writ petition is filed. 2.

Taking note of the petitioners plying the vehicles, a direction was issued by this Court on 30.9.2008 directing the respondents to continue plying operations.

Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Corporation informs the Court that after termination of earlier contract, petitioner was granted a fresh contract and is operating new bus in terms of the said contract. 4.

In view of the subsequent development, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed.
