ORDER:

The purported inaction of respondent Nos.1 and 2 in taking action against illegal constructions being raised by respondent No.3 is questioned in this writ petition.

Sri N.Rishi Kumar, learned counsel, representing Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that on noticing the illegal constructions being raised by respondent No.3, respondent No.2 has issued notices under Sections 452 and 461 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and that the said respondent will take further steps as per law.

This submission of the learned counsel is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take further action in pursuance of the notices issued by him strictly in accordance with law and complete the process within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.49650 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
