Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking implementation of the order passed by respondent No.3 in D.Dis.No.H/3277/2005, dated 14.04.2011.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the Tahsildar to implement the order passed by respondent No.3. It is his case that inspite of several representations, the authorities are not taking any steps.

Learned Government Pleader submits that the order which is sought for implementation is of the year 2011 and that there is no material to show whether there is an order of stay granted by the higher authority challenging the order dated 14.04.2011.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar-

respondent No.4 to give effect to the order of the RDO in D.Dis.No.H/3277/2005, dated 14.04.2011, within a period of eight weeks, in accordance with law, if the said order is not subject matter of challenge before any of the higher forums or if the order impugned is not stayed. It is needless to mention the Tahsildar, if necessary, shall hear the aggrieved persons, if any. 7.
