In view of the order dt.20.12.2015 passed by the Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise, Warangal Division rejecting the petitioner's application for grant of license for establishment of bar and restaurant, cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives for adjudication.

2. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to question the said order, if he is so advised, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
