CVNR,J & GSP, J W.P.No.28487 of 2018 Date:23.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction more one in the nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents herein to produce the detenue/son of the petitioner namely Vallepu Mahesh, S/o.Vallepu Gangaram, Age 29 years, R/o.Jammigadda, Nehru Nagar, Kapra, ECIL Post500062, Hyderabad, before this Hon'ble High Court and set him at liberty".

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as the alleged detenu was allegedly shown to have been arrested on 13.08.2018 and produced on 14.08.2018 before the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, who remanded him to judicial custody, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the submission made as above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
