O R D E R

Alleging that respondent No.2 - Station House Officer, Kamalapur Police Station, Kamalapur, Warangal (Urban) District, is not taking action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29.07.2018, against unofficial respondents 3 to 6, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 2nd respondent denying the allegation of the petitioner and stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and it was found to be purely of civil in nature and accordingly the same was informed to the petitioner vide notice dated 03.08.2018 and the same was also acknowledged by the petitioner. Along with written instructions, copy of the notice served on the petitioner is filed.

Recording the above statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
