This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.307 of 2013 of Raidurgam Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A IPC and under Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against the petitioners/A2 to A4. 2.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the first respondent filed a memo stating that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed only against A1 by deleting the names of petitioners/A2 to A4 and therefore, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand dismissed.
