HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.259 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision is filed questioning the order dated 06.03.2007 in E.P.No.29 of 2007 in O.S.No.1030 of 1985 on the file of II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam, and in the revision it is stated that respondent Nos.1 and 3 are not necessary parties and the revision is only against respondent No.2.

2. As per the postal acknowledgment, respondent No.2 died in the year 2012. But, till now no steps are taken and advocate for petitioner sought time for taking steps, I am not inclined to grant any time as the steps are not taken within the stipulated time.

3. Accordingly, this revision is dismissed as abated.
