This appeal is filed by the appellant/respondent No.3 assailing the judgment and award, dated 02.04.2009 passed in M.V.O.P.No.512 of 2006 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunalcum-IV Additional District Judge, East Godavari, Kakinada. The learned counsel for the appellant has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal. He also filed a letter in the Registry to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal shall stand closed.
