HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.2169 OF 2018 ORDER: (oral) (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that order dated 29.06.2018 passed in W.P.No.22174 of 2018 by this Court has been complied with vide Rc.No.595/E-3/2018 dated 10.09.2018 which is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. In view of the above, we hereby discharge the respondents/contemnors from the contempt proceedings.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
