OFFICE NOTE 16.10.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 OF 2025 (for being mentioned) This application is filed under the caption 'for being mentioned' praying this Court to verify and modify the order dated 15.10.2025 passed in Crl.P.No.13164 of 2025. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that in the said order the condition No.(i) in paragraph No.6 needs to be modified as "...to the satisfaction of XV Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga reddy District, at Ibrahimpatnam", instead of "...to the satisfaction of the VI Additional Chief Judicial magistrate, Hyderabad". Therefore, prayed this Court to modify the same. Having considered the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this interlocutory application is ordered, modifying the condition No.(i) in paragraph No.6 of the order dated 15.10.2025 passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.13164 of as "...to the satisfaction of XV Judicial Magistrate of First Class, at Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga reddy District, at Ibrahimpatnam", instead of "...to the satisfaction of the VI Additional Chief Judicial magistrate,

Hyderabad".

Accordingly, the application is ordered.

Hence, the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments and issue amended copy.
