This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of tlne Code of Civil procedure, 190g, by the petitioner, seeking the Court to tralsfer O.S.No.410 of 2O2l from the file of the learned principal Junior Civil Judge, Kalwakurthy, to the file of the learned District Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and to be tried along with O.S.No.933 of 2OI9.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Tralsfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
