ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the

construction activity in premises bearing No.1-1-403/1 in Sy.No.268 situated near Nirmala Hospital Road, Suryapet, Nalgonda District without following due process of law as being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Constitution of India."

At the hearing, Sri B.Vijaysen Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, WP.M.P.No.40238 of 2015 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
