When the matter is called, it is represented by learned counsel for respondents 3 and 4 that respondents 3 and 4 instituted O.S.No.2342 of 2014 and O.S.No.2343 of 2014 on the file of the Court of VI Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, seeking injunction against the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation in respect of the subject properties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has made a request to permit his client to file an application in the said pending suits for redressal of his grievance. This Court finds the said request as reasonable one.

2. For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner herein to file appropriate applications in the above referred suits filed by the unofficial respondents herein for his impleadment.
