This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in attempting to dig the Canal in the agricultural lands of the petitioners situated in various Survey numbers of Benikal village, Kanekal Mandal, Anantapur District.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
