This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"To issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents 3 to 5 in interfering into ongoing construction of the petitioners house in Door No 20/47 in an extent 48 4 sq yards situated in Karmikanagar Gudiwada Town Krishna District at the instance of 6th respondent for settlement of private civil dispute as illegal irregular without jurisdiction arbitrary violative of Articles 14 21 and 300 A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents not to interfere in any manner into the petitioner peaceful possession and enjoyment of house and site property."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Municipality that the municipal authorities are not interfering with the ongoing construction activity of the petitioner herein.

Recording the said submission of the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of, while leaving it open for the respondents herein to proceed in accordance with law. However, to the extent of the sixth respondent, it is open for the petitioner herein to invoke the common law remedy, if he is, advised to do so.
