I.A.Nos. 03 and 04 of 2018 These two Applications are filed seeking leave of this Court to compound the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 3 and 4 of DP Act and to record compromise in C.C.No.1135 of of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, on the ground that during pendency of this petition, due to intervention of elders, the parties settled the disputes and decided to live together.
De facto complaint and the accused are present in person and they are identified by their respective counsel and they also produced the copies of Aadhar Cards in proof of their identity. On enquiry, both the parties informed that they are living together leading happy marital life due to settlement of disputes between them and it is voluntary.
In view of their living together as wife and husband leading happy marital life and it is in the interest of both the parties and not against the societal interest, I deem it appropriate to permit the parties to compound the offences and to record compromise.
Accordingly, these two Applications are allowed permitting the parties to compound the said offences and to record compromise.
Cr l.P.No. 8 5 1 0 of 2 0 1 8 In view of the Orders passed in I.A.Nos. 03 and 04 of 2018, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.1135 of 2015 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
