THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY APPLICATION No.674 of 2017 and COMPANY PETITION No.168 of 2015 ORDER:

On 10-08-2015, this Court admitted the company petition. The advertisement under Rule 96 was also published on 09-09-2015. There is no other party, who has come forward either to support or to oppose the company windingup.

A counter affidavit is also filed by the respondent-company. Now when the matter is put up for hearing, at this stage, the learned counsel for petitioner has filed C.A.No.674 of 2017 seeking to leave of the Court to withdraw the Company Petition. Accordingly, the Company Application is ordered and as the petitioner is not desirous to pursue the matter and there being none support the Company Petition, the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Company Petition, shall stand closed.
