HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO Criminal Revision Case No.3075 of 2015 ORDER:

The present criminal revision case is filed assailing the order dated 03.11.2015 passed in Crl.M.P.No.451 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.68 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Sessions Judge, Kadapa dismissing the petition filed under Section 389(1) Cr.P.C. However, the daily status report from the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa indicates that Crl.A.No.68 of 2015 itself was dismissed as not pressed on 31.08.2016. The said report is made part of the record. In the light of the said report, no further cause would survive in the present criminal revision case. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal revision case shall stand dismissed.
