HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No. 35570 of 2013 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition was filed in 2013. It is not in dispute that in view of the order passed by the Supreme Court, respondents could not effect promotions for quite sometime. When the Supreme Court explained its order and allowed the respondents to proceed with promotions, the petitioner was also promoted. In view thereof, we are disposing of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition, if, after his promotion, he has any grievance and/or claims that injustice is done to him.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
